What are some conservative treatments for me when I'm having a disc issue or sciatica that may lead to surgery?

In many disc/ sciatica cases there are some conservative options to back surgery with reasonable success rates.

We have many patients in our practice with bulging or herniated discs, stenosis, sciatica, and degeneration.  While in some cases we may not be able to "cure" the underlying issue (such as stenosis or degeneration) we offer real-life tools and treatments to help manage and control the condition.

Many of our patients have been able to delay or avoid surgery all together by following through with their treatments in our office.  Interested in finding out more?
